Shipping is free.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We do our very best to ship orders as promptly as possible. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 8-15 business days.

 Orders placed on Monday - Thursday are processed within 1-2 days. (Please allow 3 days if your order was placed on Friday - Sunday).

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! 

You'll receive an email from us when your order has been shipped. If your shipping method includes tracking, it will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. Always be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Tracking Numbers Post 1-2 Business days after your order.
  • Status Unavailable/Pre-Shipment , or something similar, may appear. This is normal.
  • Please check daily as tracking will will update each time it moves to a new location.
  • For international orders, once your order clears customs a delivery date will be generated.
  • Please contact your local courier directly with any location questions after it has cleared customs.
  • Please note that Address Changes  and Cancellations made after 7pm EST cannot be accepted as we try to process and ship out orders as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery for all of our wonderful pet parents.
  • Please email us at info@fluffyjoy.shop with the subject 'Order Changes' and  provide your order number, first and last name on the order, or email you provided us when you purchased.
  • Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once the order has been placed. Please contact the shipping service directly with address issues.
  • Should your parcel be returned to sender you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
  • If your order fails to deliver or is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund. 

Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 2-4 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

Otherwise, due to the COVID-19, airlines decreased quite a bit, so it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. Thanks a lot for your understanding.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.


WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
